Good Morning all,
Phoenix did the funniest thing. Phoenix is worrying about getting older and dying right now. So she tells me mom " I want to be a bunny". "Why do you want to be a bunny" I ask her. "Because bunnies don't die". "Sorry Phoenix but bunnies do die and usually they don't live as long as humans" I tell her. "Okay mom, then what lives a long time?" she asks. "Well turtles live a long time" I say. "Okay, then I will be a turtle!" she says with such enthusiasm. "Well Phi Phi turtles have such boring lives" she then interrupts "and they don't win the race! Okay what doesn't die then mom?" "Well there is a organism that never dies but it is more enjoyable to be a human". "Okay I have an idea mom. How about when I am older I will forget that I was sad to die and then I will be old and be ready to die. How does that sound?" Phoenix tells me. "Okay Phoenix that sounds good and until then I will help you live the fullest life so you enjoy your time on the planet".
Can someone please tell me when children became so smart? Hope you all enjoyed my Phoenix story.
